After cleaning, install the rotary valve impeller (rotate the impeller to engage the spline teeth), push in the end cover (rotate the movable shaft handle to engage the spline teeth), and tighten the bolt handle.

Water cooled rotary valve: suitable for materials with excessively high temperatures, providing excellent cooling. Rotary valve body: It is cast as a whole in stainless steel and fully ventilated for cooling. The rotary valve end cover adopts comprehensive water cooling to avoid bearing transmission of high temperature.

Anti card rotary valve: mainly used for conveying plastic raw materials. For granular, flake, and block materials, achieve no material jamming or blockage. Main material: stainless steel 304-310.
