正壓稀相輸送:它是利用低于3kg/cm2 的氣體壓力,采用正壓(吹送式),以較高的速度來推動或拉動物料使其通過整條輸送線,因此該輸送方式被稱之為低壓高速系統(tǒng),它具有較高的氣體-物料比。
正壓稀相輸送的介質(zhì)一般采用空氣或氮?dú)?,動力提供一般由羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)提供,氮?dú)廨斔蜁r則有制氮機(jī)進(jìn)行提供。羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)的稀相輸送時,物料在管道中呈懸浮狀態(tài),輸送距離可以達(dá)百米,在該系統(tǒng)的開始端約有600m/min 的加速度,在末端可達(dá)2000m/min 的高速,因此氣流速度較高。輸送管線初端壓力一般低于0.05Mpa,而末端則與大氣壓基本接近。
正壓稀相輸送系統(tǒng):適用于單點(diǎn)對單點(diǎn),單點(diǎn)對多點(diǎn)的輸送。
正壓稀相輸送系統(tǒng)特點(diǎn):
由于系統(tǒng)處于正壓,所以密封性要求很高,若有一絲泄漏就會造成供料端或者整個系統(tǒng)的粉塵外溢;系統(tǒng)物料采用吹送式,所以末端物料容易從卸料口排出,因此末端構(gòu)造較簡單;但系統(tǒng)的輸送溫度較高,對于一些特殊易熱敏物料必須做降溫處理;羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)作為動力源,壓力不能達(dá)到很高,故輸送距離和產(chǎn)量不能同時取zui大值。
負(fù)壓稀相輸送系統(tǒng)采用負(fù)壓羅茨泵動力源,管道輸送壓力呈低真空狀態(tài),管道風(fēng)速約10—35m/秒,物料在管道里呈霧狀。負(fù)壓輸送起點(diǎn)壓力等于或接近大氣壓,終點(diǎn)壓力在-10至~50Kpa之間,管道真空度沿輸送管道逐漸增高。負(fù)壓稀相輸送系統(tǒng)也稱為真空稀相輸送系統(tǒng)。

When the Roots blower is used for dilute phase conveying, the material is suspended in the pipeline, and the conveying distance can reach up to 100 meters. At the beginning of the system, there is an acceleration of about 600m/min, and at the end, it can reach a high speed of 2000m/min. Therefore, the airflow velocity is relatively high. The initial pressure of the conveying pipeline is generally lower than 0.05Mpa, while the end pressure is basically close to atmospheric pressure.
Positive pressure dilute phase conveying system: suitable for single point to single point and single point to multi-point conveying.
Characteristics of positive pressure dilute phase conveying system:
Due to the positive pressure of the system, high sealing requirements are required. Any slight leakage can cause dust to overflow from the feeding end or the entire system; The system material adopts a blowing type, so the end material is easily discharged from the discharge port, so the end structure is relatively simple; But the conveying temperature of the system is relatively high, and cooling treatment must be carried out for some special heat sensitive materials; As a power source, the Roots blower cannot achieve very high pressure, so the conveying distance and output cannot be maximized simultaneously.
The negative pressure dilute phase conveying system adopts a negative pressure Roots pump power source, and the pipeline conveying pressure is in a low vacuum state. The pipeline wind speed is about 10-35m/s, and the material is in a mist state in the pipeline. The starting pressure of negative pressure conveying is equal to or close to atmospheric pressure, and the ending pressure is between -10 and~50Kpa. The vacuum degree of the pipeline gradually increases along the conveying pipeline. The negative pressure dilute phase conveying system is also known as the vacuum dilute phase conveying system.
